Ines Casares

Chief Executive Officer

Inés Casares is the CEO of Wizeline, bringing over 20 years of expertise in the IT services and consulting industry to the role. Previously serving as the company’s Chief Service Officer, she has extensive experience leading cross-functional teams across solutions, pre-sales, partnerships, and talent acquisition. Her background includes key leadership positions at Cognizant, Cognizant Softvision, and Globant, where she built a reputation for driving growth and innovation in complex, dynamic environments.

Originally from Argentina, Inés is a proud mother of three and is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion. She is deeply passionate about empowering women in technology and fostering a supportive, inclusive workplace culture.

Andy Eyherabide

Chief AI Officer

As Chief AI Officer, Andy combines a visionary approach with deep roots in both the academic and corporate AI worlds. From co-founding a data analytics firm to leading global AI practices at GlobalLogic, Andy has consistently been at the forefront of AI innovation. He doesn’t just understand AI; he understands how to weaponize it for business transformation. As a respected speaker and university professor, he’s not just guiding Wizeline’s AI strategy; he’s shaping the industry’s narrative and driving impactful solutions for Wizeline and global clients.

Alfredo Rivera

Chief Financial Officer

Alfredo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the field of finance and technology. His career spans almost two decades, during which time Alfredo has held various leadership positions, driving strategic planning, team management, and innovation. Alfredo started his career as an investment banker and strategic advisor, working with Fortune 500 companies in pivotal financial milestones. He later joined a tech startup in NYC as the third member of the finance and accounting team. Most recently, Alfredo joined Wizeline, a global technology services provider, as the leader of the finance and accounting function.

Alfredo graduated from Yale University with a BA in Economics. He later attended Georgetown McDonough School of Business where he received his MBA. He’s passionate about international travel, has lived on three different continents, and speaks Spanish, English and Chinese.

Fausta Ballesteros

Chief Marketing Officer

Fausta is Chief Marketing Officer at Wizeline. She brings more than 20 years of experience in multinational markets spanning the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Originally from Argentina, Fausta has been based in New York since 2007. With a master’s degree in Marketing from the University of San Andrés in Argentina, Fausta has pursued leadership programs from Yale School of Management and the University Austral de Buenos Aires in Entrepreneurship. Her extensive career includes roles in renowned technology and multinational firms such as Cognizant, Softvision, Globant, Shell, Unilever, American Express, and Urban PR. Fausta’s expertise lies in crafting strategic initiatives defining culture, global communication programs, intellectual leadership, and go-to-market strategies. Under her stewardship, campaigns have yielded tangible results, attracting talent with digital and engineering prowess across various domains including UX/UI design, cloud, AI, software development, and more. Beyond her professional endeavors, Fausta is passionate about STEAM education, empowering female entrepreneurs, corporate culture, parenting, and fostering the Hispanic community in the United States.

Sol Noello

General Counsel
& Chief Administrative Officer

Sol Noello serves as General Counsel & Chief Administrative Officer at Wizeline, where she partners with the CEO and executive team to drive organizational design, operational excellence, and company-wide strategic initiatives. Her oversight spans Legal, People, Culture, IT Operations, and Administrative functions, with a focus on building the governance frameworks and high-performing teams that enable scalable growth.She brings over 16 years of experience in legal leadership, corporate governance, and executive management across global technology companies. Prior to Wizeline, she spent more than a decade at Globant, where she served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, leading legal, compliance, and corporate governance functions across a global footprint spanning the U.S., Europe, India and Latin America through periods of significant international expansion, M&A, and capital markets activity.She is passionate about building strong teams, simplifying complex processes, and fostering cultures where high standards and human-centered leadership go hand in hand.

Simon Bucknall

Chief Sales Officer

As Chief Sales Officer, Simon is charged with fueling Wizeline’s ambitious growth trajectory in the AI-native landscape. His arrival, backed by more than 15 years of hard-won experience in tech sales leadership – including a significant tenure as Global Head of Sales, Payments at Endava – underscores Wizeline’s commitment to aggressive expansion. Simon is drawn to Wizeline’s innovative approach to AI-powered digital transformation and shares our relentless focus on client success. He’s not just a sales leader; he’s a strategic partner dedicated to translating the company’s cutting-edge AI solutions into tangible client value and significant revenue gains.

Andres Destefanis

Chief of Delivery Officer

Andres is an experienced leader in the tech industry with a strong background in software development, consulting, and delivery operations. As Chief of Delivery at Wizeline, he drives excellence across client engagements, ensuring high-quality execution and fostering innovation in digital solutions. Prior to Wizeline, he held leadership roles at Cognizant, Softvision, and Globant, where he led large-scale delivery organizations, managed high-performing teams, and helped drive business growth. In addition to his corporate leadership experience, Andres has founded several startups, bringing hands-on expertise in building and scaling companies in fast-paced environments. His expertise spans software engineering, agile methodologies, and strategic growth, making him a key driver of success in complex and dynamic markets.

Cris Ceja

VP, Technology

As VP of Technology at Wizeline, Cris brings a potent blend of user-centric vision and a pragmatic approach to AI-powered solutions. His career began in software consulting and was ignited by a passion for impactful technology, not just its inner workings. This led him to become a champion of software quality, a foundation he leveraged to fuel Wizeline’s rapid tech expansion. Rising from QA Engineer, Cris scaled our quality practices exponentially and now drives our overall technology strategy. His core philosophy, “VALUE the ABCs” (Act, Build, Communicate), reflects his belief in delivering tangible value and fostering transparent collaboration within our AI-focused teams. He’s a leader who understands that cutting-edge tech must translate into exceptional user experiences.

Bismarck Lepe

Founder

Bismarck is the Founder and Executive Chairman at Wizeline, and a seasoned Silicon Valley entrepreneur and investor. He founded Wizeline in 2014 with the mission to help companies build better products faster by making innovation accessible to all organizations. Bismarck is Mexican-American and the son of two immigrants from a small town in Jalisco, Mexico. He left a successful career path as an early employee at Google to start his own online video platform company, Ooyala, which sold for $400M to Telstra in 2014. For more than a decade, Bismarck has pioneered Mexico-Silicon Valley cross-border collaboration with Ooyala and now at Wizeline. Bismarck is passionate about driving economic growth in the global communities where Wizeline operates. In 2015, he founded Startup GDL, a non-profit organization committed to making Guadalajara a leader in innovation. In his free time, Bismarck enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid runner. Bismarck graduated from Stanford with a BA in Economics.

Marisa Chimeno

Senior Executive Director, BU Leader

Marisa brings over 20 years of leadership experience in the IT services industry, with a focus on managing and growing international portfolios. Most recently, she served as EVP of Client Services at Cognizant Softvision, where she led global portfolios, driving growth, enhancing client relationships, and transforming teams into full P&L business units.

With a strong track record in client strategy, account governance, and operational efficiency, Marisa is skilled at delivering tailored, high-impact solutions. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she has deep expertise in helping businesses navigate digital transformation across North America and Latin America.

As Managing Director at Wizeline, Marisa is committed to fostering innovation, building strategic partnerships, and driving client success.

Matt McCawley

Managing Director, BU Leader

Matt is an accomplished technology and product strategy executive with a proven track record in leading digital transformation initiatives, building innovative solutions, and fostering enduring client relationships. As Managing Director at Wizeline, Matt oversees business development, relationship management, and delivery for some of the company’s most strategic clients, leveraging his deep expertise in Internet Technologies, Publishing, Connected Home, Video Distribution, and Analytics. Joining Wizeline in 2017 as its first hire in New York, Matt has been instrumental in growing the company’s U.S. footprint, driving impactful partnerships, and leading globally distributed teams. Before Wizeline, he spent seven years at Accenture, where he served as an executive in the Media & Entertainment group, leading complex projects for top-tier clients like Disney, Comcast, and Viacom. Matt’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found VDOMKR, a cloud-based video production platform acquired in 2019. Matt holds a BBA in Economics from Loyola University Maryland and remains passionate about innovation, technology, and mentoring the next generation of leaders.
